Stage 2: Deposit Invoice to Secure Your Project
Once you approve your estimate, we send a deposit invoice to officially reserve your spot on our build schedule and begin ordering materials and permits. Stage 3: Progress Payments Tied to Real Milestones
From here, your remaining balance is broken into progress payments that scale with the size of your project. On most deck remodels, a second payment of roughly 30% is due once demolition and framing are underway, ensuring the crew and materials are fully funded through the build. For larger rebuilds or multi-phase renovations, we may add a third milestone payment — around 50% — once decking, railings, and structural work are substantially complete. Stage 4: Final Payment on Completion
