How It Works

We work with our trusted network of local suppliers, manufacturers, and construction experts to provide free home improvement services to families who need it most.

Here’s how you can get involved—or nominate someone who could use a helping hand:

1. Tell Us Their Story

Know a veteran struggling with mobility in their home?
A single parent working multiple jobs with no time or resources to fix a leaky roof?
An elderly neighbor living with unsafe stairs or broken railings?

We want to hear from you.

Nominate a deserving family or individual by sharing their story below. Every voice matters.

2. Our Community Raffle

All submitted stories enter our Redrra Community Raffle Pool, which we draw from twice a year. The selected project receives 100% free labor and materials, thanks to the generosity of our partners.

3. We Show Up & Build

Once a story is selected, our team gets to work—renovating, repairing, or rebuilding—to restore dignity, comfort, and safety in the home.
